About
I am a Design Director, Design Professor, and Hakomi Psychotherapist based in Spain. I work with individuals and teams worldwide in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
As a designer, I thrive as a researcher, strategist, storyteller, and service designer. I have extensive experience getting ethical clearance, leading fieldwork, and designing with communities experiencing vulnerability due to their socio-economic, religious, ethnic, or gender status. I have led the implementation of country-wide, multi-platform live prototypes before pilot launches in several countries, supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of early impact evaluation studies.
My design expertise is in behavior change programs for social innovation, with a particular focus on gender equity and healthcare. I am also interested in regenerative and sustainable design, and the potential of blockchain technologies in the social sector.
Since 2020, I have been dedicating part of my time to understanding the neuroscience of decision-making and the role of embodied mindfulness in emotional regulation. This journey led to the design of coaching and mentoring tools that I now use to support leadership development in creative teams.
