About
Over 20 years of leading Human-Centered Design projects across 17 countries have taught me what teams need to thrive: psychological safety, creative confidence, and sustainable ways of working together.
My international work spans research, strategy, and service design for behavior change and social impact. I design Learning and Development programs that integrate Design Thinking, Systems Psychology, and mindfulness-based practices—combining the strategic rigor of innovation consulting with hands-on facilitation that creates real conditions for collaboration and well-being.
In recent years, I've deepened this practice by studying the neuroscience of decision-making and the role of embodied mindfulness in emotional regulation. This journey led to the design of coaching and mentoring tools that I now use to support leadership development in creative teams.
