Chronic Pain management
(The Netherlands)

I conducted design research for Philips to develop new wearable solutions for managing chronic pain at home. My work spanned from gathering early insights to drive innovation to refining the ergonomics of existing devices. I introduced early prototyping into the development process, which reduced the time to market by approximately 30% for the teams I collaborated with. I also coached other researchers in Human-Centered Design, enhancing their approach to user-focused innovation.

The current portfolio of pain relief products by Philips is available here.
